We always do our best to carry out all plans, some offers are done even if there are only 10 customers.
But if there is not enough customers or the offer you've bought is cancelled for any other reason we give you special discount from "Guarantee insurance".

What Do You Get?

1. If the offer you've bought is cancelled you get 10% discount for:
   - another offer in the same time or
   - the same offer in another period.
2. If you buy another offer you still get up to 20% discount. If all your discounts exceed the total sum you get the total 20% discount.
3. When we call you to tell you about cancellation we give you all offers from Point 1 and leave you a choice. We can book two offers for you (up to 24 hours).
4. To avoid cancellation we carry out some offers even if there are only 10 customers. In that case, offer can be adapted for smaller group:
   1. short-distance transport in mini- or small buses with guide, travel more comfortable and sometimes composed of more attractions
   2. long-distance transport organized in cooperation with other tour operators, without any difference compared to the offer you've bought.
